Adriana Martin, chef de cuisine and patissier, combines skill and experience, with high quality ingredients (many locally sourced), to create from scratch, attractive and delicious cakes and pastries.
Our products are crafted fresh with natural ingredients, locally baked, decorated and packaged to order.
Flavors, appearance and texture are similar to those found in a European bakery.
Please note, Chef Adriana has accepted a position as a Culinary Arts Paraprofessional at the TBAISD Career Tech Center. Due to this, we are:
- no longer in regular wholesale production of cakes, cupcakes, pies and quiche.
- we are accepting limited orders for cakes and cupcakes.
